Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from BasalSupply, you agree to the following terms.

How it works

Your subscription renews automatically every 28 days at the rate confirmed during checkout. This ensures you never run out mid-cycle, as consistency is the foundation of how Ceylon cinnamon works, and most customers notice the biggest changes between week six and eight of daily use.

Managing your subscription

You are always in control of your subscription. Through your customer portal, you can skip an upcoming order, delay your next shipment, or update your delivery address at any time. If you need any assistance, our support team is happy to help at support@basalsupply.com.

Cancellation 

ou may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting our support team. To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Please note that once a new order has been created and entered our fulfilment queue, it cannot be cancelled. If your order is already in fulfilment, our team will do their best to intercept it. If that is not possible, we will offer you the option to return the order for a full refund, or keep it with a 15% goodwill refund applied to your original payment method.

Charges

All charges will be made to the payment method provided at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation after each renewal.
